Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@venisseboutiqueus.com. Returns must not be sent to any address without prior approval. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the correct return address and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Important: If an exchange for another variant or size has already been processed, or if a partial refund (% refund) has been issued, the item is no longer eligible for return.

Order Cancellations and Changes
Please note that we do not accept cancellations or order changes once an order has been prepared or processed. We begin preparing orders shortly after they are placed to ensure timely delivery, and cannot make changes once this process has started.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Returns are also not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have (if eligible), and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If so, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
